Andrzej Bobiński is the Managing Director of Polityka Insight. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director responsible for business activities. Between 2013 and 2016, he headed the business department of Polityka Insight. Up to 2012, he was the head of the External Relations department of Orange Polska, at the same time co-creating the Wrocław Global Forum as the director of the secretariat of the event. Between 2006 and 2009 he was the programme coordinator of the Centre for International Relations. He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in applied linguistics.

Magdalena Rogalska has been the Vice President of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. since 2019. She is responsible for Corporate Bank including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Securities Services, as well as foreign exchange business. She has been with Deutsche Bank Polska since 1998. For several years, she served as Head of Global Subsidiaries Coverage department responsible for local relations with subsidiaries of international capital groups. In 2013, she was appointed Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A responsible for Global Transaction Banking.

She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Since August 17, 2021, Mr. Niedużak serves as the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development and Technology, where he’s responsible for the area of regulation and legislation. Previously, Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Deputy Minister of Development, and then Development, Labor and Technology. He has many years of experience in working with leading law firms. While running an individual advocate practice, he cooperated, among others, with the Sejm Analysis Bureau and Polityka Insight. He lectured at the Law College of the Kozminski University and conducted economic law classes as part of an attorney apprenticeship at the Warsaw Chamber. He is a member of the supervisory board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. He belongs to the Polish Association of Economic Analysis of Law and the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Poland. He sits on the board of the Abraham Jakub Stern. He is a fellow of the Polish Economic Institute. Doctor of law and lawyer specializing in civil and economic law, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Cambridge.

André is part of the European digital economy for almost 25 years. After positions in different Banking, Payment and Fintech Companies, André joined Deutsche Bank as a Managing Director in January 2020. As a former General Manager of figo, giropay, enfore and Star Finanz, Business Angel in several Companies and Board Member, he has a deep knowledge in Payments, Banking and Digital Assets. In Deutsche Bank he is driving different areas like digital assets & currencies and APIs.

Rafał Rudziński has held managerial and executive positions in Polish companies of the Bosch Group for many years. On 1 January 2019, he was appointed the CEO of Robert Bosch and a representative of the Bosch Group in Poland. In 2005-2018, he worked at BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego where he initially held the position of Sales Director, and from 2008 onwards he became a Member of the Management Board responsible for marketing, sales, factory service and logistics. In 2000-2004 he was the Sales Director at Miele. Rafał Rudziński is a member of the Management Board of the Employers’ Association of Automotive and Industrial Products and a member of the Green Transformation Council, which operates within the Lewiatan Confederation. He is also a member of the UN Global Compact Network Poland Program Council.

Responsible for the practice of environmental law at Wardyński & Partners. He deals with Polish, European and international environmental protection and sustainable development law, including investment processes and responsibility for violating environmental protection requirements and causing environmental damage. He advises on environmental impact assessment, construction and operation of industrial plants, management and transboundary shipment of waste, as well as nature and biodiversity protection.

Leading expert in corporate finance and fund management. Having previously worked in consulting, in 2016 she became an advisor to the Minister of Economic Development. Responsible for management of the State's innovative projects portfolio, she spearheaded the MinFinTech programme as well as digital initiatives in the fields such as education or finance. Since the GovTech Polska Programme’s establishment in April 2018, she is serving as Head of the GovTech Polska Programme - Poland's largest initiative aimed at bringing and implementing the innovation and digital revolution to the Public Sector. She was appointed the Prime Minister’s High Representative for Government Technology in March 2020 and currently serving as Head of the GovTech Centre in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

For her actions, she has received multiple awards, including Forbes 30 under 30, Digital Shape, the Digital Eagle and the Innovation Eagle award.

In 1997 she worked as a CEO of the Skarbiec Mutual Fund, between 1998 and 2003 CEO of the Bank Pekao SA, member of the Polish Parliament from 2005 to 2007, later, until 2012, CO of the Amsterdam-based Corporation of European Pharmaceutical Distributors NV. Twice on the list of the twenty-five most influential women in Europe, announced by the Wall Street Journal. In 2003 on the list of „Stars of Europe” published by Business Week.

Sociologist and policy analyst, President of the Institute of Public Affairs, one of Poland’s leading think-tanks. In the 1980s Kucharczyk was active in independent student movement and clandestine publishing in Poland. He has been a co-founder and board member of a number of international NGOs, including Prague Civil Society Center, Policy Association for an Open Society PASOS and the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD) in Brussels.  Dr Kucharczyk is also a Chair of Scholarship Program Advisory Board at Open Society Foundations and in 2008-2015 served as Advisory Board member of OSF Think Tank Fund. In 2009-2015 he served as board member of the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw. He is currently a board member of Oko.press foundation.

Dr Kucharczyk has authored and edited articles, reports, policy briefs and books on European integration, democratic governance, populism and migration policy. He is the creator and co-author of the Polish-German Barometer, a cyclical study of public opinion in Poland and Germany.

Dr Kucharczyk received PhD in sociology at the Polish Academy of Sciences. He studied at the Graduate School for Social Research in Warsaw, Graduate Faculty of the New School for Social Research in New York, the University of Kent at Canterbury (MA in philosophy) and Warsaw University (MA in English studies).

Thomas Behrens has been a project coordinator in the team of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung's international office in Warsaw/Poland since April 2021. He has already worked for many years as an independent, project-related staff member for KAS Poland, numerous partners of the International Office (Institute of Public Affairs (ISP), Centre for International Relations (CSM), Bertelsmann Foundation, Kreisau Foundation for European Understanding and others) as well as private companies. He studied law at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg and political science at the Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms University in Bonn. He wrote his master's thesis under Prof. Dr Gerd Langguth in 2011 on the topic of power-political asymmetry in German-Polish relations since 1998.

She holds a degree in German philology from University of Wrocław and a postgraduate degree in political science from Warsaw University. She worked in European affairs and international politics for 15 years at the Heinrich Böll Foundation Warsaw Office. Before that, she worked at the Polish-German Youth Cooperation, and even before that, she conducted trainings on intercultural civic education. For those interested in a different perspective on international relations, she recommend a publication of her co-authorship "Will Women Save the World? A Feminist Foreign Policy" (Czy kobiety uratują świat. Feministyczna polityka zagraniczna”).

Serving as the Citi Country Officer for Poland since May 2021. Ms. Czetwertyńska has over 25 years of experience on six banking markets in Europe and both Americas. Joined the Citi group in 1994 in Ecuador as Corporate Banking Advisor. Between 1999 and 2003 worked as Head of the Transaction Banking Sector in Dominican Republic, then worked for a year in the US supervising the auditing for corporate credits in the Latin America. Joined Bank Handlowy in 2004. After three years she took the responsibility of managing the East and Central Poland Region. Head of the Corporate Banking Division between 2009 and 2013, when she moved to Columbia where she headed transaction banking. In 2015 appointed Head of Citi and Head of Corporate and Transaction Banking in Ecuador.Returned to Europe as Citi Country Officer for Switzerland, Monaco, and Liechtenstein in 2019. Ms. Elżbieta Czetwertyńska is a graduate of the Faculty of Nutrition Sciences, Economics and Marketing at the University of Reading in Great Britain.

Ms. Karin Sköld took up her current position in September 2020. Previously, as the Area Director, she was responsible for the development of the brand on local markets outside Warsaw.  She started in 2003 in the IKEA Kållered store in Sweden. Throughout her career, she was involved in supply planning, purchasing strategies and management, and worked as a Project Manager for IKEA Food Services in Sweden. She was also an Assistant to the President of the Ingka Group and then managed the IKEA store in China.
